Fura-Zone is for the prevention or treatment of surface bacterial infections of wounds, burns, and cutaneous ulcers in horses. The salve may also be used as a sweat. This topical preparation contains the active ingredient Nitrofurazone and provides antibacterial activity against a wide range of common bacteria. Fura-Zone is a water-soluble ointment.
